Crooked Run Cottage is located on 9 pristine acres in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia near Basye, and not far from Interstate 81 north of Harrisonburg.
We are approximately 70 miles west of Washington, D.C. and many of our puppies have been adoped by loving families in the northern Virginia and Marland suberbs.
As a small in home breeder over the last decade, we have enjoyed a continued communication with many of the wonderful people who have given our pups such fantastic homes.
Several of our female Yorkies have gotten older and are now retired. As a result, our small in home breeding program is even smaller! That being said, please check back from time to time as we still hope to have a couple of
litters a year.

Mom and Dad both live in our home and are equal members of the family,
All puppies are considered to be pet quality. They are registered with AKC,
We do not raise "teacups". Although sometimes we do have larger or smaller puppies, we strive to produce puppies,that as adults will weigh between 5 and 7 pounds,
All puppies come with a one year health guarantee for any life threatening congenital defects,
Our puppies will not be transferred to their new owners until they are at least 8 weeks old,
We will not ship our puppies or sell to anyone who does not our adoption criteria (please click on the Terms/Conditions page),
A $250 deposit is required to hold a puppy until he/she is emotionally and physically ready to go to their new homes. We do not take deposits on unborn puppies,
