Prospective Buyer are Expected to:
Not have any small children in the home that are to young to understand how to care for a small/puppy/dog,
Provide assurance that someone will be at home with the puppy, at least on a part time basis,
Dedicate themselves to potty training the puppy with a method that best suits their lifestyle,
Provide assurance that their puppy will live inside their home,
Ensure the puppy stays free of fleas and ticks and agrees to be diligent in keeping their immunizations current,
Understand the responsibility involved in keeping a toy dog safe.
The Seller Shall:
Provide the buyer with a healthy puppy, free of fleas and ticks, and up to date puppy immunizations,
Provide the buyer with a puppy that is socialized, eating well, and trained to go potty on paper pads,
Provide the buyer with a puppy pack, health record, one year written health guarantee, and AKC registrations papers at the time of transfer,
Agree to take the puppy/dog back at any time for any reason if things do not work out,
If distance is an issue, make every effort to set up a meeting date at a place that is convenient for both parties,
Give a discount to individuals purchasing more then one puppy,
